These terms govern your use of the YardReady website and dispatch service. By using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Services

YardReady is an on-demand dispatch service that connects homeowners in Northeast Ohio with independent local providers for lawn mowing, leaf removal, and snow removal. Submitting a request on this site is not a binding contract. Scope and pricing are confirmed by the assigned provider's quote, which you approve before any work begins or payment is collected.

Providers

Providers in the YardReady network are independent businesses, not employees of YardReady. We vet providers for our network, but actual work is performed by the independent provider assigned to your job.

Payment, Cancellations & Right to Refuse

Payment is collected by YardReady after a provider accepts your job and you approve a secure payment link. You may cancel at no charge before a provider accepts. After payment, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage of service. Full details are in the Service Agreement.

YardReady and its network providers reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any service at any time. Grounds include unsafe site conditions, undisclosed hazards, unsecured animals, abusive or threatening behavior, material misrepresentation of job scope, outstanding account balances, or a pattern of no-access visits or last-minute cancellations. When service is refused on these grounds, no refund is issued. YardReady may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Your Responsibilities

By using this site and requesting service, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old and have legal authority over the property where service will be performed;
• Provide accurate and complete information in every service request, including all site conditions, hazards, and access requirements;
• Disclose any underground utilities, irrigation lines, invisible fences, septic systems, pets, or other conditions before service begins;
• Provide safe, clear access to the property at the agreed service time;
• Not upload content you do not have the right to share;
• Not use this site for unlawful purposes or to disrupt its operation; and
• Not engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward any provider or YardReady representative.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This website and the services arranged through it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YardReady is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the services dispatched through it. YardReady's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. See the full Service Agreement for complete liability terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute not resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration in Summit County, Ohio, under the rules of JAMS or AAA. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
