A W-9 at setup so we can issue a 1099-NEC if you earn $600+ in a year. You're an independent contractor, not an employee.

How do I get jobs?
Once approved, YardReady emails you nearby job dispatches. Each one shows the service, address, yard size, property details, customer contact info, and your exact payout — before you commit to anything.
How is my payout determined?
YardReady sets the price by service type and yard size. You see your fixed payout before you accept. You keep your full provider share — typically around 85% of what the customer pays. Our fee comes from the customer, never from you.
What happens when I accept a job?
The moment you accept, a payment link fires to the customer automatically. Once they pay, the job is locked in and you get a confirmation with full details.
How long do I have to respond?
12 hours. Accept or pass — no penalty for passing. Fast responses keep you first in line when new jobs come in.
When and how do I get paid?
After you mark the job complete with a completion photo, your payout is queued. During beta, payouts are handled directly by YardReady.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. YardReady earns its share from the customer-side service fee — never out of your pocket.
What do I need to qualify?
